Shipping Information:

The general shipping date is stated next to each product. If there is any delay further than the maximum time stated, we will contact you as soon as we know and offer the correct ship time or an alternative if necessary. We strive to keep all ship times as accurate as possible.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

All items can be returned within 30 days if unopened. For returns, please contact us by email at returns@players-ball.com. Most items will require an RMA number and we will provide that along with a ship to address. If the item is unopened and shipped UPS, you can give it to any UPS driver or location and tell them you are refusing the shipment. If it a large item that ships by freight truck, please contact us and we will organize a pickup with the freight company. Please note that if an item is not defective or shipped incorrectly, return shipping may be due. Larger items may charge a restocking fee. The easiest way is to contact us so we can make sure it goes smoothly and let you know the fee if any. If a free item was shipped or shipping was free and the item is returned, the free item or shipping may be deducted from your credit.
