Vertical Jump training consists of many exercises. Two of the most important are Jumproping and Jumpbox exercises.

Heavy Jumpropes can add an upper body element to vertical jump training - in addition to cardio - giving you a full body workout.

With Jumpboxes you jump onto a box, or lay down two or more and jump from one to another. Depth jumps are also very important - you jump off a box 24" or higher and land, which works key jumping and landing muscles.
